Embarking on a Homeresque voyage across Te Ika-a-Māui in June, Kirikiriroa prog-rock / metal mavericks Achilles Complex and Tusk are teaming up for three epic shows. Celebrating the launch of their soaring new anthem 'Rising', Achilles Complex and Tusk will be joined on their riff-powered Odyssey Tour by fellow travellers Planet Hunter, Ovus and Static, commencing with an all-ages show at Big Fan in Morningside with special guests "New Zealand's smallest, loudest rock band" The Boondocks. Achilles Complex and Tusk unite to bring Auckland a rock show for the ages. Be ready for an onslaught of headbanger riffs, wall of noise guitars and thunderous drums huge enough to leave you stiff-necked and sore the morning after.

Achilles Complex is a four-piece prog rock powerhouse from Hamilton which formed in 2019. Priding themselves on their tight and energetic sound, the band specialize in mixing hard-hitting riffs with those enormous soaring choruses that audiences can’t get enough of.
