ALPHASINTORI or ALPHA for short is a 6 piece metal stomp band from SOUTHGATE Invercargill ,which was formed in mid 2007 by various members from other bands ,the band reads like a who's who of Invercargill hardcore bands past and present, drummer-Ric is from Ravenous and Fleshgates, vocalist Marce shredded his chords in Syndakit, and twin guitarists are Joel Tahura founding member of ALPHA and Nag Reid from Sinister and Osmium ,also Bassist Brent from Sinister and finally Vampsin manipulates samples and wages electronic warfare.ALPHASINTORI welcomes the challenge with open arms to Damnation, and are looking at touring NZ next year ......for the long awaited 2012 dooms day DAMNATION A.D TOUR should prove to shock our mother nation NZ.

ALPHA has played with such bands as MENAESA(Dunedin),OSMIUM(Inv),8 FOOT SATIVA(Auckland),SINATE,Auckland),BALL POINT PENIS(Inv),CHRIST PUNCHER(Dun),GRUDGE MONEY(Bul),RAVENOUS(Inv)CANNIBAL NAG,FLESHGATES,SINISTER,INNARD SPLATER,SACRAMENT.....

Soulstaah
SOULSTAAH is an exciting warm reggae and dub influenced band with giant bass undertones peppered with the Souths love of Rastafarian Rock.

SOULSTAAH formed during the brutal Southland Winter to produce sweet warm Summer sounds. The main drive is to produce music that comes directly from the hearts of the individuals then fuse them together to make SOULSTAAH's unique sound. The desire once these elements are complete is to play live Ire music to the people.

Each member respects their chosen instrument by giving all on stage to produce spectacular performances and mind blowing melodies.

BASS: The Bass resonates from Mark John Rahui BA a no nonsense absolute lover of the deepest and lowest tones of the Bass Guitar. Originally from Christchurch, living in Invercargill Studying Music full time at The Southern Institutue of Technology.

GUITAR: The exciting blend of firery guitar licks and soulful skanks comes from local Invercargill resident Warena who also studies Music full time at The Southern Institutue of Technology and Darcy Kerr of Bluff who studies audio production at The Southern Institute of Technology.

KEYBOARDS: The warm tone of the wild yet Dub Steady electric harmonies flowing from the keyboards comes from Morgan McGee, who moved down South from the surf soaked East Coast City of Gisborne. The technical abilities of learning the Audio Engineering at the Southern Institute of Technology makes Morgan a important element to SOULSTAAH's professional sound.

VOCALS: Myra brings a vibrant and well toned voice to SOULSTAAH jah beats and helps write capturing lyrics on simple but complicated riffs and melodies. She also studies Music full time at The Southern Institutue of Technology.

SOULSTAAH wishes to thank everybody who have helped and supported our sound by giving the people a free download of our first recorded song DUB1 and hope everybody gets to enjoy it in their own way.

This year SOULSTAAH also envision their first tour of the land of New Zealand to help promote and spread the sounds of SOULSTAAH. Kia ora
