Queenstown New Zealand based RULES OF ADDICTION are a four piece rock, metal, punk band with an international infused line up.
After only being together for a period of one year, RULES OF ADDICTION recorded their first E.P, and released their first single/video clip, completed their first New Zealand Nationwide Tour and they will be releasing their first full studio album in the end of this year.
RULES OF ADDICTION bring their Hard Rock Metal influences to an amazing climax while performing live. Their songs are melodic, heavy, fast, intense and highly thought provoking. The structures and dynamics of the songs are proof of the skill, passion and hard work that is infused within each song.
The lyrics are brutally honest and somewhat controversial at times. Live, each member holds their own ground with their unique stage presence, yet fused together; they create the fix the New Zealand Rock, Punk, Metal scene has been waiting for.
