Myele Manzanza is a drummer, producer and DJ whose music seamlessly traverses jazz, hip-hop, R'n'B, electronica, broken-beat, soul and several world musics. Of Congolese/New Zealand heritage, Myele is considered to be one of New Zealand's top drumming talents and has performed, recorded and toured with exciting New Zealand and international artists including The Recloose Live band, The Jonathan Crayford Trio, Olmecha Supreme, The Nomad, King Kapisi, Deva Mahal, leading jazz vibrophonist, Stefon Harris, US hip hop/soul/dance producers King Britt and Nicodemus and he currently holds down drums for soul & beats trio, Electric Wire Hustle.
