Chronophonium is a small scale, independent music festival with a mission to showcase and foster freedom, creativity and innovation among enthusiasts of the local underground music and art scene, while being a wallet-friendly summer escape from the doldrums of urban life.
From the 11th until the 13th of January 2013, the second annual instalment of Chronophonium will transpire at the Tangihua Lions lodge, in Tangihua Forest, Northland. Around 50 diverse musical acts will play across two stages, over the course of the weekend. There will be a range of food vendors catering to vegetarians and vegans, art installations and activity areas set up for creative play.
Tickets are $60 and include a spot for camping onsite.
Gates open at 4.20pm.
The festival is strictly R18 and BYO.
