One of New Zealand’s best loved bands The Feelers, are proud to announce a small run of shows with a distinct difference this Christmas.
First up The Albany in Auckland plays host to them on 22nd December before they head down to the South Island, where after a two year absence they return to play The Bedford, Christchurch on Christmas Eve, before finally heading to Kaikoura’s Memorial Hall on the 26th December.
To commemorate the recent release of their live acoustic DVD; “The Feelers, The Naked Sessions”, the band will be performing a half-hour acoustic set of some of their most loved songs as voted by you via their facebook page. So with the band adopting the use of mandolins, twelve string acoustics and slide guitars, fans will hear a stripped back Feelers set before resetting the stage for the usual guitar-fuelled rock they are so well known for.
