Auckland calypso-blues guitarist Tom Rodwell is embarking on a short but intriguing tour of New Zealand this summer, with four limited-edition shows taking place on the 100 year-old paddleboat Otunui, which cruises the ghostly drowned landscape of Lake Maraetai, the man-made lake on the Waikato river.
Elsewhere, Rodwell takes his tour to regular haunts including Auckland’s bohemian headquarters, the Wine Cellar, Nelson venue the Boatyard, and makes his debut at Golden Bay’s music home, the Mussel Inn.
