Described by the NME as “Sheffield’s answer to Lightnin’ Hopkins”, Rodwell has toured his blend of ramshackle rent party blues, salacious calypso and eerie slave-era spirituals around the world since 2003. He and his band “Storehouse” have opened for acts including rock legend Leon Russell, Grammy-nominee Otis Taylor and local psychedelic reggae pioneers Trinity Roots.
Rodwell will be performing a special dinner and blues acoustic set from 6.30-8pm.
