Our 4th and final Sunday Lunch event!
Celebrating the onset of the full moon harvest, our chef and resident mystic of the dinner table Becks Pilley has arranged an Autumnal regale guaranteed to have you groaning with unbridled delight with every new morsel. Making use of the ingredients availed to us during this most unique of seasons, this shared banquet will yet again be cooked almost entirely outdoors, ensuring all is wild and all is wonderful, and on display for all to see.

Roasted figs w/ goats curd & honeycomb
Smoked eel, pickled beetroot & horseradish
Air-dried smoked pork w/ parsley broadbeans
Braised pheasant w/ fennel sausage, & puy lentils
Coal-roasted Cadrona merino lamb w/ herb oil & preserved lemon
Tomato & sourdough salad w/ pecorino
Spiced pumpkin, toasted hazelnuts & quince jam
Local wild greens
Apple & blackberry pie w/ chestnut ice cream
