Hailing from Toronto, Ontario STRUCTURES are a five-piece metal/progressive/hardcore band quickly rising through the ranks to join Canada’s top tier live metal acts. Their debut full length ‘Divided By’ quickly thrust them to a leading role in the Canadian music industry.
Everything about DEEZ NUTS and their frontman / founder, JJ Peters, can almost be simplified down to these four lines. It is tucked away towards the back of their new and third album ‘Bout It’, which is without any doubt the best record their now infamous career. And the track, “Live Your Life”, just reiterates the point that the haters seem to miss, but also that makes the true fan love them more with every fist pumping anthem they produce. The point is that Deez Nuts are gonna do things their way and they don’t give a fuck if you disagree.
STRAY FROM THE PATH’s mission to bring honest pissed off music to the world is seeing them devastate NZ shores for the first time, with their third album ‘Rising Sun’ out through Sumerian Records this New York four piece are hugely respected and renowned within their field.
Palmerston North isn’t on the map for it’s stunning scenery or it’s safe and friendly neighborhoods. No, it is on the map for the music scene and DEPTHS are a prime example why. Whether touring rigorously or just a one off support for Parkway Drive, Depths are a band that show their face all over the place all the time to no drought of fans; each show bigger than the next and each riff heavier than the next.
Melbourne bands have always been welcomed to New Zealand with open arms, and STORM THE SKY will be no exception. The six-piece post hardcore/metalcore band is ready to make the leap from one side of the ditch to the next. Their new ep is coming out via shock early May.
STORIES, hailing from Sydney’s northern beaches are one of the city’s hottest and youngest upcoming acts. Blending both peace and chaos, they have developed a uniquely heavy and dark signature sound over the course of their demo single releases “masks” and “a power concealed”.
