Tablefox has grown more limbs this year with the introduction of three new members to the line up to expand to a five piece. This indie rock band are ready to share the fruits of this new collaboration with fans. Coming off like Mark Lanegan, Band of Horses and The Afghan Whigs logging trees in the woods, Tablefox write songs that float in the periphery. It’s good honest trend-free songwriting that knows just when to deliver a decent hook. Recently taking out theaudience.co.nz January Wildcard Chart to win a full day recording at Roundhead Studios

Hawks & Doves gathered in Auckland around a shared love of vintage instruments, moody lighting and dark beer. Raiding their collective influences there's the melodically saturated rock’n’roll of Big Star, swaggering rhythms heavy on the backbeat and Neil Young’s rolling waves of guitars. Mucking loud and pin-drop quiet, it's four guys blazing away into the night, on a bonfire of bittersweet songs.
