Announces NEW ZEALAND Tour
Debut album ‘Land Of No Roads’ Available Now.

This May troubadour songwriter Liam Gerner will return to New Zealand to perform a string of shows across the country. Visiting both North and South Islands playing coffee houses, music venues and intimate house concerts.
The dates kick off on Wed 21 May in Mt Maunganui before heading to Te Awaamutu, Kapiti Coast, Christchurch and back to Auckland across two weeks.
“It is great to be touring New Zealand.” Liam said. “This is my first solo tour of New Zealand and I am excited to take these new songs to the road, meanwhile I endeavor writing a new one each day to play at the gigs. So come on down and bring ya stories or a cause drunken scene, I may be in need of some song plot material.
Liam will be showcasing his debut album Land Of No Roads, which was recorded at Rick Rubin’s studio Shangri La and released in November 2013 to fabulous reviews.
The Music Australia said “Sporting a resume of tours and collaborations, it comes as no surprise that the caliber of the recording, production, performance and indeed every aspect of the album is utterly pristine.” While Rhythms Magazine said “It might have only taken three days to record, but it sounds fantastic” and “Gerner’s is a name to watch out for.”
He might be Australian born and bred but Liam Gerner has played and jammed with some of the world's best including Paul Weller, Jason Isbell, Alanis Morissette, Paolo Nutini, Elton John and the Drive by Truckers, Ryan Bingham (Grammy Award, Golden Globe and Academy Award winner for Crazy Heart) and Jackson Browne, Kris Kristofferson and Empire of the Sun's second album 'Ice On The Dune'.
