TWO AUCKLAND SHOWS ANNOUNCED!
After selling an incredible 23 shows for her 2014 Australian tour, international superstar Katy Perry has announced that THE PRISMATIC WORLD TOUR will head to New Zealand in December, playing two shows only at Auckland’s Vector Arena on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th December.
Presented by Dainty Group, the tour is in support of Katy’s smash hit album PRISM, which debuted at number one in New Zealand, 29 weeks on the charts and still counting. Now certified Platinum, PRISM produced the huge hit singles ‘Roar’ which topped the NZ singles chart for 11 consecutive weeks, and the double-platinum ‘Dark Horse’. In the US it’s Katy’s 9th #1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart and her 11th #1 hit on American pop radio, an unstoppable run of smash songs the world over.

Opening artist for Katy Perry’s New Zealand shows is Swedish singer/songwriter TOVE LO, whose EP Truth Serum peaked on the Swedish Album charts in March 2014, with her single, Stay High, ranking 6 on the UK singles chart. She has written songs for a number of artists including Girls Aloud and Icona Pop.
