VECTOR ARENA REGRET TO ANNOUNCE THE CANCELLATION OF LINDI ORTEGA’S AUCKLAND SHOW AT THE TUNING FORK (@ VECTOR ARENA), NEW ZEALAND ON FRIDAY 24 OCTOBER 2014.
Lindi Ortega’s management have advised that unfortunately Lindi’s NZ visa did not come through in time and as a result they have had to cancel the show.
Please note this does not affect the other shows taking place as part of the Southern Fork Americana Fest this weekend with Justin Townes Earle.
Vector Arena apologises for any inconvenience caused and we hope to be able to bring Lindi over some time in the future.
How do I get my refund'
If you booked online or over the phone, the credit card you used to purchase your tickets will be refunded automatically. The refund process can take up to 7 working days, once processed, please allow 3-5 days for this to show on both your Balance and Statement.
If the credit card used to make this has changed, your original card has expired or is no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you’ll need to contact our Customer Service Team at customer.help@ticketmaster.co.nz requesting a refund with either your bank account details or an address to send a Cheque to before Friday 31st October 2014.
If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, you’ll need to return to that outlet with the tickets and credit card used to make the booking. The outlet staff will help you with your refund.
