Franken Beans Mens Roller Derby presents what could possibly be the event of the year: Day of the Dead - Franken Beans vs Pirate City All Scars.
It's a holiday weekend, so there's no excuse not to make your way to sunny Tauranga to watch some of New Zealand's best skaters duke it out on the flat track. In teal & purple we see the Franken Beans, an invitational team of some of the best that men's derby has to offer, pitting their strength and strategy against the Pirate City Rollers' All Scars: 2013 Derby Royale champions and one of the most accomplished women's teams in the country. This game sees members of the men's NZ Black Skates go up against current women's Team NZ skaters who are headed to the World Cup in Texas in December, so make sure you're there to catch the hard hitting action first hand!
