This summer, the Heineken Baseline After Party returns to serve up the ultimate finale to the New Zealand Festival of Tennis. Hosted at the ASB Tennis Centre for a seventh instalment, the party kicks off on Saturday January 17th at the conclusion of the Heineken Open final.
It’s the place where tennis and music collide, bringing together an epic array of local and international artists and a sell-out crowd to celebrate two weeks of premium summer entertainment. Heineken Baseline After Party ticket holders can roll up from 1pm to watch all the live finals action on the big screen before the music kicks in, and the party continues long into the night.
Leading the charge on the line-up are Australian ARIA-winning EDM duo Peking Duk, guaranteed to elevate the party with their high-energy electro jams and notorious live antics. Joining them are psychedelic-soul merchants Electric Wire Hustle fresh from releasing their acclaimed sophomore album Love Can Prevail; local indie R&B heroes Jupiter Project dropping their unique blend of electronica; dream-pop starlet Chelsea Jade (formerly Watercolours) on the back of stand-out showcase performances in USA and Japan; as well as Dan Aux, the Auckland based Australian DJ and King Of The Mixtape known for unleashing genre-bending EDM sets.
The Heineken Baseline After Party marks the conclusion of two weeks of entertainment at the Heineken Baseline live-site. A true crowd favourite at the festival, the live-site serves as a bustling hub for the duration of the ASB Classic and the Heineken Open with all the action from centre court broadcast live and direct on the big screen. Elevate your tennis experience as you celebrate in the sun with a perfect serve of ice cold Heineken, a plate of gourmet fare from The Grill and first-class ambience emanating from our party surroundings.
If that isn’t enough to get you here, a selection of Auckland’s hottest DJs including Dick Johnson, Aroha, Clarke Gayford, Maya Vanya, Isaac Aesili and Dean Campbell are on site daily, dropping beats to smooth the transition between matches, and to take Heineken Baseline revellers from day, to night, to party.
