The Wellington Jazz Festival is heating up the cool capital from 3-7 June 2015. Come get your mid-winter culture fix, with more than 100 gigs set over five days.
The city's laneways and venues will be humming with live music, great local food and drink, and a fun vibe; all within wandering distance of Cuba Street.
From the cool and soulful to the downright riotous, catch global jazz stars alongside the best of New Zealand’s vibrant jazz scene including the incredible New Orleans Jazz Orchestra performing with Grammy Award-winners Dee Dee Bridgewater and Irvin Mayfield.
Plus enjoy fine food and free family-friendly frivolity at Saturday’s jazz flavoured Night Market on Cuba Street, musically-inspired movies, and more. The full programme lineup will be announced from mid-April.
