Yes all you party people, it's coming up to that time of year - time for the celebration of the world's largest party ever. Since it's such an epic event, and since we all know one day is just not enough (it's 5 days in Brazil, plus weeks of lead up and down parties before and after...), so we are extending it to the whole weekend, and the whole of Newtown will be getting amongst it.
Our events are kicking off Friday night with a live Cumbian DJ.
Saturday afternoon barbie Brazilian styles and drinks pouring from our new outdoor favela bar.
Saturday night - the awesome Só Samba will be kicking off the evening's festivities, with a cachaca tasting, and capoeira performance thrown in there too.
Sunday - it keeps on going, a Sunday arvo barbie/feijoada feast, so chow down to the soulful sounds of live group Clube do Choro - Brazilian jazz in our beer garden.
