Foes become friends as Bakers Eddy and Skinny Hobos combine forces to bring the power of rock 'n' roll to New Zealand's North Island. The two units are playing five massive shows together over three weeks, showcasing the breadth of talent across Aotearoa.
Bakers Eddy’s debut single Something Outside has been surging through the airwaves on Radio Hauraki, and their electric live show is not to be missed, as evidenced by the Wellington lads taking out the 2015 Demon Energy Battle of the Bands. Being back on Kiwi shores after a whirlwind tour through Europe, Bakers Eddy look to spread their infectious brand of rock through their homeland.
Skinny Hobos are bringing their well-crafted show on the road after hiding in the studio for the last month. Described best as a hybrid of Black Sabbath and The White Stripes, this two-piece needs to be seen to be believed, creating sonic layers that defy all possibilities.
Wellington rockers Curlys Jewels join the lads in Whanganui, bringing their heavy-hitting, melodic rock to the river city. Having just released a video for the first single “Terror In Disguise”, they’ll be a terror to your eardrums as they light up the stage.
