LILO PEAKS
Lilo Peaks is the solo project of 21- year-old songwriter and synth jockey, Alicia Lineham. Her sound is a explorative fusion of acoustic and electronic sound, creating something that sounds a bit like ‘synth-pop alt-ronica’ with a rootsy, organic edge. No stranger to the Wine Cellar, the unique artistic expression of Lilo Peaks will be closing the show with an eccentric and powerful delivery of sparse and atmospheric melodies with thumping fat beats.

White Rabbit Black Monkey tell an introspective story of human momentum in an esoteric sound that is all their own yet reminiscent of influences varying from blues to folk and prog. With an inclusive vibe, they engage people in a mesmerizing and heart gripping journey through love, lust, pain, struggle, persistence, and dark places among other themes puling you in with an ease like a conversation with really good mates.
JOCEE TUCK
A heavenly sound will be filling the underground cave of K Rd’s St Kevin’s Arcade. And this sound is the eclectic instrumentation crafted by one Josie Robertson raised in Blenheim. Sound structures arranged with bells, xylophones, vibraphones and much more that weave an accessible yet complex web of orchestral and dreamy alt-folk songs. If you’re not familiar with Jocee, a self released EP from 2013 titled ‘Tunes and Trumpets’ is available on bandcamp. And for those who know her work, you’ve no doubt spotted her recently at Festival One this year.
