Hamilton is the final stop for Coridians four date North Island Autumn tour. We are being joined by our friends Rebel Sound Radio, Alpha Coda & Wolf Wizard
Coridian (Auckland)
Coridian is inspired by heavyweights such as Deftones, Incubus and Karnivool. They incorporate groove, big guitar tones and complex song writing while maintaining hooks and melody. Solid melodic bass, wavering groove beats and experimental heavy guitar combined with soaring vocals and ambient moments. Songs are created as instrumental pieces and the vocals are used as an instrument and not just layered on top. Each instrument has its own moments and presence with the vocals flowing throughout carrying various moods.
The band released its Debut Coridian E.P “Oceanic” in August 2015, with the single Alexandria being released in July 2015 and music video for Brave Disguise being released September 2015
Rebel Sound Radio (Hamilton)
Hard hitting Hamilton Rock n Roll
Rebel Sound Radio were formed early 2015 in Hamilton New Zealand, a sleepy riverside city that has given birth to some of New Zealands biggest artists.
As both thier previous bands had called it a day, a concious decision was made by singer / guitarist / songwriter Jessie James Hanright and bass player Craig Turner to start something new and to bring a totally different sound that would set them apart.
They enlisted the help of drummer Ashley Goodare to complete the wild, untamed, three piece and set up shop writing and moulding their new found rock and roll sound.
Wolf Wizard (Hamilton)
Rock...Stoner...Metal
Skoll who chases the sun
Hati who chases the moon
and Fenrir the wolf of the apocalypse...We three a pack of Wolves.
