Rhythm and Culture
Thursday 29th September - 7:00pm
Michael Fowler Centre (111 Wakefield Street)
You are invited to an exciting evening to celebrate and honour the diversity of cultures and creative arts within The Salvation Army in New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga.
The evening will be a smorgasbord of the Gospel, cultural and contemporary dance, worship, drama and special guests that will leave you breathless.
Main features of the night will be the Musical Island Boys—National, Pan-Pacific and World Championship winning—barbershop quartet, along with Tofiga Feplea'I—one half of the Laughing Samoans comedy duo—as MC for the evening.
Other artists will include: TJ Taotua; Lisa Tomlins; Kirsten Te Rito; Liz Fa'alogo; Wini Baxter; Solomona Sua; Doug Voon; along with a choir and band made up of experienced and professional musicians.
Above all else, Rhythm and Culture will bring praise and glory to our Lord and Saviour, as we celebrate the love of God together.
Plan to be there and experience the diversity that is The Salvation Army in New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga.
This is a FREE event and no ticket is required.
