The Aucktet trombone ensemble presents an exciting concert of innovative works for brass, including music by Britten, Beethoven, Messiaen, Folke Rabe, and John Mackey.
The Aucktet is Auckland's premiere trombone ensemble, and is comprised of musicians from the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra, Royal New Zealand Navy Band, as well as top teachers and educators. Our aim is to promote low brass instruments through engaging and inspiring performances, and high-quality educational workshops.
Tickets for this concert are available online through Eventbrite, at a cost of $20 for adults and $10 for students.
Please note, we will have tickets for sale on the day of the concert, at a cost of $25 for adults and $15 for students. Ticket purchases will be CASH ONLY on the day.
