All the goodness of Turntable Takedown, but with a very special guest, the wonderful and always entertaining DJ Netti Page to help you get your Sunday groove on.
An avid collector of 45s, Netti will be bringing you all the very best in northern and 60s soul, exclusively on vinyl from 5pm-7pm, but we'll have open decks from 3pm for anybody who wants to come and throw down their faves.
If you've never head of or been along before, basically every other Sunday at Flight 605 we're all about appreciating the best way to listen to music... vinyl!
Guest DJs AND open decks for anybody who wants to have a go, so through your records that are gathering dust in the corner, chuck them in your bag, and come down and meet up for a beer and play your favourites. It's not a professional DJ throwdown, in fact, we encourage bad mixing, long silences between songs (and awkward record scratches).
Music on a Sunday really warms the cockles for us, and makes the impending Monday morning gloom a little less shit, so come along, bring your kids, your mum and dad, your mates and your next door neighbour, and enjoy some great tunes, drinks and food.
