Come and party it up at Hilltop this new years with Soulsystem & the Hilltop crew! Soulsystem are local legends in their own right. Akin to the legends preceding them, they are true to themselves, and their music. The boys have performed all around the country at the likes of Rhythm & Vines, Rhythm & Alps, Kaikoura Summer Sounds, Feastock, Matakana Music Mountain, Electric Avenue and with Australian heavy weight, Sticky Fingers at the Foundry in Christchurch. With a blend of Electronic, Rock and elements of Soul create the unique sound of Soulsystem to pay homage to their influences. The band formed in 2008, and from day one their presence has been large, just like their sound. Coupled with large sound, they have the high energy to match which is reflected in festivals they have been invited to play around New Zealand. Currently working on the release of their latest single that was recorded at Roundhead Studios in Auckland under the producing eye of Ben Malone.
