Vallkyrie consists of Omer Gilroy (vocals), Rebel Reid (guitar, keys) and Brandon Haru (Percussion, Keys). Norse mythology and gothic rock inspire their visual design and ideology. They often refer to this as “New Age Goth”. Anthemic and powerful, Vallkyrie have embodied their inspiration, to create an immersive world. They are also proud Maori Artists, who draw strength from their cultural heritage.
Valere
Ethereal, serene and heartfelt, Valere’s sound brings an eclectic mix of soul and synth. Valere is Shana Llorando, a songwriter and producer based in Auckland, New Zealand, whose palate of warm new wave sounds, pop melodies and R&B beats are showcased in impeccable arrangements. Valere means ‘to be worth’. This is the heart of her message, one that speaks about finding worth in the right place and the journey of the search.
