Wellington is in for a very special musical treat! Ben Waters has agreed to stage a performance with this great lineup, his first ever appearance on stage in Wellington.
The band will feature not only Ben’s amazing son Tom on alto sax, but also Tim Ries of the Rolling Stones who gave Tom his first instrument. Adding to the Rolling Stones connection will be the legendary singer Bernard Fowler who for a long time has been the Rolling Stones backing vocalist.
On top of all this we will be welcoming the extremely talented singer/songwriter Chris Jagger (Mick’s younger brother) on guitar and vocals. Ben and Chris have played together all over the world for years.
We will be fortunate also to have the extraordinarily talented local musicians Patrick Bleakley on bass and John Rae on drums supporting the band.
