Its fair to say Jasper James has DJing in his blood. After being taught to DJ at the age of 13 by his father Harri (of Harri & Domenic), Jasper went onto hold the rare accolade of being the youngest DJ ever to play the legendary Sub Club in Glasgow. Jasper quickly started playing across the globe, featuring at Glastonbury and at Space and DC-10 in Ibiza. His appointment as resident at Phonox in 2015 made him a household name amongst house music fans and allowed him to further develop his skills in the booth through his extended 6 hour sets, skills which he has recently brought to Room 1 at fabric. And hes also a damn fine producer, with releases on labels like Leftroom, Play It Say It, and Optimo Trax showcasing his well-informed house sound. Its no wonder Jasper James has quickly cemented himself as one of the UK and Europe’s leading young selectors capable of working any crowd, at any time.
