Aro Creative puts up a stage with some easy tunes at Frank Kitts Park to push the boat out on Wellington's first regional holiday of 2018. This stage is one part of a larger event with local artists, food, enjoying oneself and unflappable views of wellington's spectacular waterfront. It's going to be swimming!
