Waitai is a fluid bunch of musicians (something in the water), this week featuring Robyn Kamira, Antony Royal & Paul Hewitt. They describe their sound as maori & world music. They're pretty good.
Mark Laurent will play the first set & hand over to Waitai for the second half of the evening. There's no entry fee but we have a koha teapot on the counter & all contributions to the musicians are gratefully received, especially the paper kind as they don't make a noise when you put them in so it doesn't interrupt the music.
