Stream David Bowie's Final Album 'Blackstar'

As the world reels from the shock of David Bowie's death and also celebrates his extraordinary life, the producer of Blackstar has revealed the record was deliberately created as a "parting gift" for his fans.

The devastating news broke yesterday that Bowie had passed away following an 18-month battle with cancer, which had not previously been revealed to the public. Producer Tony Viconti, who worked with Bowie to create his final magnum opus, said in a statement on his Facebook page: "His death was no different from his life - a work of Art. He made Blackstar for us, his parting gift. I knew for a year this was the way it would be. I wasn't, however, prepared for it." 

Blackstar was recorded in just three sessions over three months in early 2015, and was released on the Bowie's 69th birthday - just days before his death. Listen below...
