Live Photos: Kurt Vile And The Violators - St James Theatre, Auckland

Kurt Vile and his backing band The Violators graced Auckland with their presence last night for one special group show at the historic St James Theatre, before Kurt carries on for a string of sold-out solo shows down country this week. The evening saw Vile delivering tunes from his latest album b'lieve im goin down... as well as a smattering of songs from earlier full-length offerings - and once the show was done Kurt disappeared into local dive bar Whammy for some fun with Mac DeMarco (who is also in town for a series of sold-out shows) .
