The Auckland-based four-piece have already started making tracks around the North Island to celebrate the release of their third EP, aptly titled III, and now are southward bound for four dates. PAQUIN TO TOUR SOUTH ISLAND IN MARCH/APRIL

Critically-acclaimed electro-gaze rockers Paquin uncovered their latest offering III recently, the aptly named final piece in a tripartite EP release. With pummelling waves of sugary, electric pulses harking to the likes epic dance-pop of M83, Paquinbring anthemic hooks in bucketloads, as evidenced from III’s first outing, Get Here. It’s a perfect piece of unabashed pop; highlighting Tom Healy’s “innate ability to create an anthemic hook without resorting to cliche... it slinkily alternates from restraint to euphoria and back again” (Cheese on Toast).
