Video: Glitterbust - The Highline

In case you missed it, Kim Gordon has started a new noise band with pro-surfer Alex Knost (of Tomorrows Tulips) called Glitterbust. The Californian pair put out their self-titled debut album through Burger Records earlier this month, and now they are sharing a video for opening cut 'The Highline'.

In a recent interview, Gordon talked about the genesis of the song, which is named after a New York City park built on a former freight line. "On any given weekend it looks like a crowded, self-conscious human freeway," she explains, "surrounded by mirrored glass walls of luxury condos built up around it, casting shadows, part of the moneyed, power landscape."
