Racing Announce 'Misbehaving' Release Tour

Rock 'n' roll four-piece Racing have revealed plans for a four-date tour to celebrate the release of their latest single Misbehaving. The single follows on from their self-titled EP which came out last year and conjures up hypnotic groove-based rock. Misbehaving was recorded at The Lab with Jol Mulholland, Blue Lotus with Marc Chemaly and The Rock Factory with Tyler Burke, and is slated for release on 25th April. Here are the tour details...

RACING ON LE TOUR MISBEHAVING RELEASE

Racing is hitting the road on Le Tour in support of Misbehaving in May. They’ll play shows in Auckland, Napier, Wellington and their first foray across the ocean to Christchurch! Misbehaving is available on iTunes for pre-purchase from April 18th and everywhere else digital on Monday April 25th.

Racing’s reputation for their killer live show is spreading far and wide. Their recent performance at Auckland City Limits attracted the attention of USA rockers Highly Suspect who became instant fans from side of stage while buzzing out to eight minute mega jam Hotel Echo.

Underpinned by their original brand of Hypno Rock, Racing combines diverse sounds from intense uptempo grooves to Disco to psychedelic heavy fuzz which engulfs your mind, body and soul in a mesmerising live experience.

With Misbehaving enjoying high rotation across alternative radio nationwide and warming up at commercial stations Racing is firmly establishing their place in where rock and roll sits today.
