Video: Embedded Figures - Paradise Lost

Dunedin act Embedded Figures has unveiled a new video for her chilling cut 'Paradise Lost', lifted from her split EP with Strange Harvest released earlier this year. The clip is the second Embedded Figures video conjured up in collaboration with Ducklingmonster, following on from 'Eve', which came out back in February.

Time round the pair utilised found advertising footage and "focused on the lyric content of the claustrophobia of late capitalism's excess," they explain in a statement accompanying the video, adding: "The cold-wave drive of Embedded Figures synth lines are reflected in a hyper-coloured atomic era perspex apartment showcased by a femme fatale."
