The Voice Of The Runaways aka Cherie Currie hit New Zealand on the weekend for a three-show tour across Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Armed with a powerful backing band, Cherie worked through a raft of Runaways classics along with some of her own solo material. For her performance at Auckland's Kings Arms the Californian native was supported by local acts Cheshire Grimm and Blue Ruin, and photographer Dave Simpson went along to shoot the show...
