Video: Fazerdaze - Little Uneasy
First catching our attention with her gorgeous bedroom-produced self-titled EP back in 2014, Fazerdaze has become a firm UTR office favourite. So we are delighted to see the Auckland-based musician (whose real name is Amelia Murray) has unveiled her debut video to accompany dreamy single 'Little Uneasy'.
Based around the simple premise of a girl skateboarding down the street while the landscape unfolds around her, the role was eventually taken up by Murray herself "out of practicality", which sits perfectly with the tone of the song, as she explains: "I wrote the song about trying to be ok with uncertainty, and being kind to yourself in those times while you figure out what the heck you’re even doing. So with that, I quite like how I’m not too confident on the skateboard, I'm a bit unsure of myself and I feel that works with the song lyrically."
The clip's emergence comes as Fazerdaze announces a tour around the UK with her band, and word has it there is an album in the works. But in the meantime, enjoy this...
