Video: Okkervil River – Call Yourself Renee

Just last week Okkervil River's Will Sheff rolled out a video for 'Judey On A Street' and now the musician has followed up with a brand new clip for 'Call Yourself Renee'. Directed and shot by Bret Curry, the clip was filmed while Okkervil tours in support of their eighth studio album Away, from which the song is lifted. Here's what Curry had to say of the clip:

“I wanted to make a video that captured the spirit of the individuals in the song's lyrics without being too literal. Viewers can draw their own conclusions on what connects these two characters and what sort of past or future they have together. I really love this song and am grateful to Will for letting me take a swing at its visual interpretation.”
