Video: Cage The Elephant - Cold Cold Cold

A disturbing new video has emerged from Kentucky outfit Cage The Elephant for their Kinks-esque single 'Cold Cold Cold'. Directed by lead singer Matt Shultz, the weirdly captivating clip follows a young man as he is straight-jacketed and subjected to a number of horrors in front of a crowd of masked observers. Shultz said of the video's themes in a statement: 

"I think we're all very prone to subscribe to a safe, surface level pursuit of happiness, keeping our adversities out of sight out of mind, in a way .. We try to fix ourselves to fit into the social norm, and it is so easy to forget that in one way or another, the broken hearted are the beautiful ones."

'Cold Cold Cold' is lifted from their 2015 Dan Auerbach-producer record Tell Me I'm Pretty. Watch the clip below...
