Canadian Duo Purity Ring Surface With New Single 'Asido'

Alberta's Purity Ring have celebrated the fifth anniversary of their debut album Shrines with the release of dreamy tune 'Asido'. The stand-alone single will bridge the gap between the pair's sophomore album another eternity and their upcoming third record which is currently in the works.

'Asido' comes accompanied by an animated lyric video written and directed by frontwoman Megan James and illustrated by Tallulah Fontaine, the creator of all the band’s artwork to date. To make the clip, Fontaine took videos of James walking and falling, then traced the movement to create the character frame by frame. Check it out below..
