Auckland's Bulk Bogan Unleash Furious Track 'Living Contradiction'

Thursday 3rd May, 2018 3:58PM
Auckland-based power-violence / fastcore duo Bulk Bogan are rapidly gathering steam, their brutal live attack was first witnessed at the Full Noise punk festival in March, and they re-emerged for a senses-shattering appearance last week in support of Wax Chattels, as part of the You Saw Sound, I Heard Colour exhibition at Lowtide. The tireless team of Mark Hill (Hooked On Christ, Property Damage) and Fluffy (also of UTR) are next performing at this weekend's south of the Bombay Hills DIY get-together Hamtown Smakdown. Their new tune 'living contradiction' is featured as part of a mammoth compilation of ear-bleeding material the fast / the slow / the violent, released via German label knochentapes. With a furious sound not unlike getting your head squashed in a vice while someone sets your pants on fire, you know you're going to want to catch the duo live, prepare your ears for 'living contradiction'...
