Caught Live: Onono Play Four Songs On Radio One 91FM
Wellington psych-pop stalwarts Onono (the recording project of Jono Nott) dropped by Dunedin's Radio One 91FM to play a handful of tunes drawn from their latest collection Stand. Highlights include band member Finn Johansson showcasing his skills as a multi-instrumentalist, donning both six-string guitar and keyboard throughout the performance, as well as the adrenaline-pumping green screen footage of base jumpers in the background mirroring the tension in Onono’s aural output. Songs performed on the occasion were 'Dirty Dishes', 'In A Tree', 'The Garden' and 'Pick Up Point'. The group also made an appearance on snazzy new compilation Two Daze: Local Music Made In 48 Hours, check out the live footage below...
'Stand' is out now digitally and on vinyl via Ball Of Wax.
