Jamie Tiller of Music From Memory New Zealand Show Announced

Co-founder of visionary Berlin-based electronic label Music From Memory, Jamie Tiller is heading our way for a headline DJ set at Auckland dance venue 25B this month, spinning tunes alongside local faves Frank Booker and Samuel Harmony. Tiller kicked off Music From Memory with Tako Reyenga in 2013, unearthing long-forgotten gems and shining a spotlight on contemporary insta-classics - highlights include releases from Garrett (aka Dam Funk), Kuniyuki Takahashi, Gaussian Curve, and recent collection Uneven Paths: Deviant Pop From Europe 1980-1991. Together they also run sister imprint Second Circle, specialising in genre-bending club tracks. Tiller's set is sure to feature an adventurous and immersive selection of booty shaking deep cuts, here's the details...

Jamie Tiller has rapidly earned a reputation as one of the most important tastemakers around. Originally from London, Jamie relocated to Berlin via Amsterdam, where along with Tako Reyenga he set up Music From Memory. Widely regarded as one of the most exciting labels to have emerged within the last five years, Music From Memory has become synonymous with the release of visionary electronic music from the past as well as present. Together, Jamie and Tako also run Second Circle, a sister label specialising in genre bending dance music.
