Rising star of New Zealand R'n'B Matthew Young made a rare live appearance on Friday, playing a sold-out show at Auckland's Galatos. When one of your first gigs is supporting Lorde for her Melodrama tour you know you're on the right track, the golden-voiced former ex-Artisan Guns member played a selection of tunes from his just-released collection Fruit to fervent fans ahead of a forthcoming whiplash Australian tour.
