Album Stream: SWANS - The Seer

Michael Gira resurrected SWANS last year, releasing their first material in over a decade and even playing their first ever New Zealand show. Important to Gira was that the reviving of SWANS not be seen as a reunion or "some dumb-ass nostalgia act". So a year on we've got another new SWANS album, The Seer, which is out officially next week but you can get a head start thanks to NPR who are streaming the album in full. At a minute shy of two hours long and with the expected intensity of SWANS,  The Seer makes for the perfect weekend listening project - stream below or over here at NPR.
