Listen: Lovestreams - Shock Corridor

Will Sheff is the novelistic, storytelling front man of Okkervil River and he's just dropped the first track of a forthcoming solo album. The single is called 'Shock Corridor' and is the first release under Sheff's moniker Lovestreams. Changing tact for the project from Okkervil River's alt-folk bent into electronic soundscape territory, the melancholy of this instrumentation suits Sheff's reflective lyrics perfectly, and we're very much looking forward to the release of the album-proper, which was written and recorded entirely by Sheff.
