The Phoenix Foundation have released a second video from their new album Fandango which they are touring around New Zealand next month, including a just announced second Dunedin show at Chicks Hotel. A companion piece to their last video 'The Captain', directed again by Luke Savage, the balloons and a bleak Los Angeles city scenes return in 'Thames Soup' - check it out below and head over here for more information about their impending tour.
