Video: Franz Ferdinand - Right Action

Last week Franz Ferdinand announced they will release their first album in four years, Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action, on Domino in August and, as well as releasing two singles, the band have now dropped the video for the former. Called 'Right Action' the clip is directed by Jonas Odell (who also directed the one for their breakthrough hit 'Take me Out') and features the band playing among an animated landscape of scientific illustrations and abstract, sixties shapes. It progresses the constructivist design tendencies of earlier work nicely, and it quite something. Check it out below.
