Video: Thought Creature - Smoke Machine (UTR Premiere)

Wellington by way of Berlin fuzzy psych-rock duo, Thought Creature, released their Total Recall EP back in 2012 on Crystal Magic Records and now they've shared the video for second single, 'Smoke Machine'. The clip, directed by Wellington video artist Erica Sklenars visually depicts a marriage between nature and technology; something that is an ongoing concern of the band. Plants burn - and then return to life - in front of faux ferns and other foliage, and the band are superimposed on top of all of this in a heady mix of psychedelically-bright colours.
